Cranberry Cherry Jello Salad

I haven't had a chance to eat this yet, but I did taste it when it was in the mixing bowl, and it was delicious.

You can find the recipe here Patchwork Times by Judy Laquidara  The only differences in her recipe and what you see in the photo is that I doubled the recipe, except I only used one can of the pitted dark sweet cherries.  My cook top was in use so I used the microwave to melt the cranberry sauce, and boil the water. It is VERY hard for me not to go to the kitchen right now and get a spoonful of this salad, but I'll be good and wait until tomorrow : )  The glass dish you see is 9x13.

Edit - this salad was a huge hit, kiddos liked it, too.
